Other <br />responsibilities include oversite of the construction contract administration, RFP and concept plans review for constructibility and risk assessment prior to and during <br />procurement and during the design phase, coordinating with FDOT, CEI, and Contractor staff. Anticipated project completion in Winter 2020. <br />Senior Construction Project Manager - Miami, Florida Project Management 2013-2017 <br />Widening of the Homestead Extension of Florida's Turnpike (HEFT) from SW 216th Street to Eureka Drive - Miami-Dade County: Construction Project Manager for the $41 <br />million Design/Bid/Build project called for the widening of the Florida's Turnpike from 6 to 10 lanes, replacement of the existing bridge over the C-1N Canal and the widening of <br />the bridges over Caribbean Boulevard, US-1, Quail Roost and Eureka Drive. In addition, the project also included the widening and reconstruction of 3 miles of roadway, <br />drainage and lighting improvements, MSE retaining walls and noise walls, Box Culvert extension. Responsibilities include verification and Quality Assurance through the <br />supervision of the inspections performed on the bridge(s) structural components (pile foundations, bents, and decks) in accordance with FDOT specifications and Contract <br />documents. Lauderdale, Florida Project Management 2012-2013 <br />All Electronic Toll (AET) Conversion Phase SB Sawgrass Expressway - Broward County: Construction Project Manager on this $41 million Design/Build project called for the <br />modification to the Sawgrass Expressway's Sunrise Boulevard and Deerfield Beach toll plazas and the seventeen ramp toll plazas. The All Electronic Toll (AET) conversion <br />scope included demolition of existing toll plazas, grading and paving, signing and pavement marking, modifications to drainage, traffic signals, preservation of intelligent <br />transportation system (ITS) and installation of new toll equipment structures. Improvements on this project also included the widening of the southbound Turnpike mainline exit <br />ramp to westbound Sawgrass Expressway and the widening of the northbound exit ramp to Sunrise Boulevard. <br />Senior Construction Project Manager - Ft. Lauderdale, Florida Project Management 2006-2011 <br />Widening of Florida's Turnpike from Sunrise Boulevard to Atlantic Boulevard - Broward County: Construction Project Manager on this $135 million project called for the <br />widening of the Florida's Turnpike from 6 to 8 lanes, replacement of the existing bridges at Commercial Boulevard and the widening of the bridges at C-13 Canal, US 441 <br />(SR-7), and N.W. 31st Avenue (Lyons Road). In addition, the project also included the widening and reconstruction of 7 miles of mainline roadway, drainage and lighting <br />improvements, retaining walls and noise walls, placement of over half a million cubic yards of embankment material and the reconstruction of the interchange at Commercial <br />Boulevard. As part of the contract, the dedicated Sun Pass Lanes at the Cypress Creek Toll Plaza were converted to Open Road Tolling using the existing canopy structure <br />and administration building. <br />Widening of Florida's Turnpike from Griffin Road to Sunrise Boulevard - Broward County: Construction Project Manager on this $120 million project called for the widening of <br />the Florida's Turnpike from 6 to 8 lanes, replacement of the existing bridge at Peters Road and the widening of the bridges at Griffin Road, I-595, Broward Boulevard and C-12 <br />Canal. In addition, the project also included the widening and reconstruction of 7 miles of mainline roadway, drainage and lighting improvements, the construction of a box <br />culvert - 1 mile long, retaining walls and noise walls, placement of over half a million cubic yards of embankment material and the reconstruction of the ramps at Griffin Road, <br />I-595 and Sunrise Boulevard.
