The firm prepared a boundary and <br />topographic survey, assisted with the planning of key program elements and performed schematic design, design development, <br />construction document, bidding and construction tasks. The design incorporates Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design <br />(CPTED) principles. MDC is enhancing the existing water infrastructure by <br />replacement of its internal water/fire main system and creation of a campus-wide loop. The firm's survey services cover topographic, as- <br />builts and record drawings. Scope of services includes preparation of engineering plans including final construction plans, a comprehensive <br />Design Criteria report, RFQ evaluation and bidding assistance. Miller Legg is also providing final construction plans for the project. The landscape <br />architecture/irrigation services include construction document preparation, bidding and pre-construction assistance, and construction <br />administration. On the civil side, the firm is handling site civil and utility inf rastructure construction document preparation and agency <br />permitting, site civil bidding assistance, as well as pre-construction services and construction administration. Permitting is coordinated with <br />Miami-Dade WASD, Public Works, DERM, Fire and Health Departments. Tree mitigation services involve the creation of a tree <br />inventory plan and preparation of a tree removal permit application.
