BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />SRS was contracted to provide Architectural and Engineering Services as required for the development of a +/- 89,184 S.F. ,9 story <br />Office Building. Complimented by a +/- 364, 6 story vehicle Parking Garage; slated to be certified LEED Gold for Core and Shell. The <br />ground floor shall provide opportunities for retail and other comm ercial spaces, along with the central lobby for further building floor <br />access. The subsequent 8 floors will have 10 have tenant spaces available, with the ability to be consolidated into larger offices <br />dependent on the tenant business requirements. <br />The linear layout of the site provided a particular challenge to the building program, along with a shared garage, needed to meet the <br />parking threshold for buildings of this nature in the City of Aventura. Coordination with Chabad of Aventura’s (Also designed by SRS, <br />Synagogue - for Services and Pre-School - Class & After School Care), activity schedule had to be achieved for project success. <br /> <br /> <br />25.
