The well-located complex offers <br />leasing opportunities for small businesses and professionals, while featuring shops, restaurants, and popular services catering to <br />tenants, area residents, and visitors alike. Phase III of this multi-use campus continues the architectural style of the previous two <br />phases (completed by SRS), with a sleek and clean-lined exterior, accentuated with wood-simulated stucco exteriors, multi-textured <br />concrete accents, and expansive glass panels.
