Eliminating the elevators will also improve safety for pedestrians during late dark hours and the <br />possibility of bad odors in the structures. <br />PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />Our commitment to the City of Sunny Isles Beach is to meet all project milestones and produce a cost-effective quality product that <br />avoids construction issues and minimizes future maintenance. We will utilize weekly team meetings that clearly convey the City’s <br />expectations on scope, budget, schedule, and quality. The Project Manager, K.T. Lin, PE, PhD, and Deputy Project Manager, Stephanie <br />Romero, PE, will run team meetings and coordinate communication with all project discipline leaders to ensure that expectations are <br />met. Monthly progress meetings will be held with the City’s Project Manager and project stakeholders to ensure proper coordination <br />of the project scope, schedule, and budget. Our approach includes risk assessment and a proactive approach to addressing issues, <br />which will minimize the involvement of the City’s Project Manager, while keeping her informed of all project issues. <br />Project Schedule <br />We will monitor the Project Schedule via schedule updates with monthly progress reports, which will include a 90-day look ahead <br />analysis to identify critical path activities and opportunities to accelerate the design schedule. Our PM is committed to continuously <br />work closely with the City to ensure that all activities are completed as planned. Below is the Preliminary Project Schedule from project <br />initiation to construction completion: <br />Project Budget <br />EAC will be proactive in managing the project budgets. We are attentive to the City of Sunny Isles Beach proposed budgets for design <br />and construction: <br /> • Design Budget: $1,995,000 <br /> • Construction Budget: $11,055,000 <br /> • Total Budget (Design + Construction): $13,050,000 <br />
