PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN Our commitment to the City of Sunny Isles Beach is to meet all project milestones and produce a cost-effective quality product that avoids construction issues and minimizes future maintenance. We will utilize weekly team meetings that clearly convey the City’s expectations on scope, budget, schedule, and quality. The Project Manager, K.T. Lin, PE, PhD, and Deputy Project Manager, Stephanie Romero, PE, will run team meetings and coordinate communication with all project discipline leaders to ensure that expectations are met. Monthly progress meetings will be held with the City’s Project Manager and project stakeholders to ensure proper coordination of the project scope, schedule, and budget. Our approach includes risk assessment and a proactive approach to addressing issues, which will minimize the involvement of the City’s Project Manager, while keeping her informed of all project issues. Project Schedule We will monitor the Project Schedule via schedule updates with monthly progress reports, which will include a 90-day look ahead analysis to identify critical path activities and opportunities to accelerate the design schedule. Our PM is committed to continuously work closely with the City to ensure that all activities are completed as planned.
