<br />instrumented and shake-table tested buildings, contributed to developing improved provisions for the design of nonstructural components
<br />to be adopted into seismic design practice via ASCE/SEI 7 load standard.

<br />a Senior Structural Engineer, modeled, analyzed, and designed the multi-girder composite deck. Hamid also provided the detailed
<br />drawings for the deck.

<br />A steel flyover bridge, 1476-ft long, orthotropic steel deck, multi-column steel piers. Hamid was a Senior Structural Engineer, conducted
<br />seismic assessment using linear and nonlinear analyses based on FHWA and Caltrans provisions, designed strengthening of the bridge,
<br />and provided detailed drawings. The rehabilitation scheme included added reinforced concrete overlay and micro piles to improve the
<br />capacity of the existing foundations, extending the existing beam-column connection plates and renewing the existing bolts.

<br />walls of the ramp and provided the detailed drawings, coordinated with the contractors in the field and led the inspection team.
