<br />widening of a 4,000 -foot section of 1-95 under the bridges from a 6 -lane section to a 10 -lane section, including two HOV and two 0.75 -mile
<br />auxiliary lanes. Also provided drainage, lighting, overhead sign, and underground utility design services. Construction Cost: $34.4 million
