Perez (survey) <br />The project consists of the construction of a new prefabricated pedestrian bridge spanning across the C-100 canal along Old Cutler <br />Trail between SW 173 and 174 Street in the Village of Palmetto Bay. The <br />project includes two network tied arch bridges to cross the railway corridors. The bridges are designed in duplex stainless steel on <br />the entire structure an unprecedented technical accomplishment in North America. The structure has an extended life cycle, is <br />more corrosion -resistant and requires less maintenance, reducing its overall cost. Each bridge is supported by a single arch rib <br />inclined outward to provide a slender, transparent, and elegant experience for users. The two arches tilt in opposite direction <br />expressing a modern, understated, and elegant aesthetic.
