1.29 Record Documents — A complete set of all specifications, drawings, addenda, <br />modifications, shop drawings, submittals and samples annotated to show all <br />changes made during the construction process. <br />1.30 Record Drawings or "As-Builts" — A set of drawings which show significant <br />changes in the work made during construction and which are usually based on <br />drawings marked up in the field and other data furnished by the contractor. <br />These documents will be signed and sealed by the Engineer of Record or a <br />Professional Land Surveyor licensed in the State of Florida. <br />1.31 Substantially Completed Date — A date when the Contractor has requested in <br />writing, stating that the Work is substantially completed and is ready for an <br />inspection and issuance of a final punch list for the Project. <br />1.32 Work — The entire completed delivered product or the various separately <br />identifiable parts thereof required to be furnished under the Contract Documents. <br />Work is the result of performing services, furnishing labor and furnishing and <br />incorporating material and equipment into the product, all as required by the <br />Contract Documents. <br />ARTICLE 2 — SCOPE OF WORK <br />2.1 The Contractor shall complete all work as specified or indicated in the Contract <br />Documents. The Project for which the Work under the Contract Documents may <br />be the whole or only part is generally described as follows: <br />ANNUAL CONCRETE AND PAVER STONES <br />ITB 12352-403 PROJECT 12517 <br />2.2 This project consists of no drawing sheets. The Work generally involves: <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />This project is located Citywide, in the City of Fort Lauderdale. This is an annual <br />contract without fixed volume of work. Work will be dependent upon the desire of the <br />City to perform work on a task order basis. Work in the first year will include, but is not <br />limited to, installation of 6-inch thick concrete sidewalk, various curbs, brick pavers, <br />limerock base of various depths, type S-3 asphaltic concrete, thermoplastic pavement <br />marking, ADA concrete ramps, removal of asphalt, tree root pruning and other items <br />quantified in the proposal pages of this Contract. <br />2.3 Within ten (10) days of the execution of this Agreement, the Contractor shall <br />submit a Construction Schedule, Schedule of Values and a listing of those <br />subcontractors that will be utilized by the Contractor. The general sequence of <br />the work shall be submitted by the Contractor and approved by the City before <br />any work commences.
