directives necessary to facilitate the Work or to minimize any conflict with <br />operations. <br />ARTICLE 3 — PROJECT MANAGER <br />3.1 The Project Manager is hereby designated by the City as Barbara Howell, whose <br />address is 100 N. Andrews Avenue, 4th Floor, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301. The <br />Project Manager will assume all duties and responsibilities and will have the <br />rights and authorities assigned to the Project Manager in the Contract <br />Documents in connection with completion of the Work in accordance with this <br />Agreement. <br />ARTICLE 4 — CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br />The Contract Documents which comprise the entire Agreement between the City and <br />Contractor are attached to this Agreement, are made a part hereof and consist of the <br />following: <br />4.1 This Agreement.
