directives necessary to facilitate the Work or to minimize any conflict with <br />operations. <br />ARTICLE 3 — PROJECT MANAGER <br />3.1 The Project Manager is hereby designated by the City as Barbara Howell, whose <br />address is 100 N. Andrews Avenue, 4th Floor, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301. The <br />Project Manager will assume all duties and responsibilities and will have the <br />rights and authorities assigned to the Project Manager in the Contract <br />Documents in connection with completion of the Work in accordance with this <br />Agreement. <br />ARTICLE 4 — CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br />The Contract Documents which comprise the entire Agreement between the City and <br />Contractor are attached to this Agreement, are made a part hereof and consist of the <br />following: <br />4.1 This Agreement. There are no exhibits to this Agreement. <br />4.2 The Contract Documents may only be altered, amended, or repealed in <br />accordance with the specific provisions of the terms of this Agreement. <br />4.3 Public Construction Bond, Performance Bond, Payment Bond and Certificates of <br />Insurance. <br />4.4 Notice of Award and Notice to Proceed. <br />4.5 General Conditions as amended by the Special Conditions. <br />4.6 Technical Specifications. <br />4.7 Plans/Drawings. <br />4.8 Addenda number 1, inclusive. <br />4.9 Bid Form and supplement Affidavits and Agreements. <br />4.10 All applicable provisions of State and Federal Law. <br />4.11 Invitation to Bid No. 12352-403, Instructions to Bidders, and Bid Bond. <br />4.12 Contractor's response to the City's Invitation to Bid No, 12352-403, dated <br />January 20, 2020. <br />4.13 Schedule of Completion and Schedule of Values. <br />CAM 20-0192 <br />C-6 EXHIBIT 3 <br />Page 6 of 46 <br />
