Kimley> orn Page 3 of 5 <br />Exhibit A to Amendment Number 02 <br />dated December 21. 2020 <br />Horn will revise the following previously prepared government center on-site civil engineering contract <br />documents to address the inclusion of the pedestrian bridge. <br />• Onsite Demolition Plan <br />• Onsite Erosion Control Plan <br />■ On-site Paving, Grading & Drainage Plan and Details <br />This task includes comment responses for one (1) round of reasonable comments to the current design <br />without major design changes. Additional comments will be addressed as an additional service with <br />written authorization from the Client. The SIB Government Center on-site revised civil engineering <br />contract documents will be submitted to the Client as an electronic PDF file. <br />TASK 4 — SIB GOVERNMENT CENTER ON-SITE REVISED CIVIL ENGINEERING DOCUMENTS <br />The proposed pedestrian bridge will require harmonization of the bridge landing with the existing <br />government center hardscape and the adjacent car rental parking lot. Additionally, relocation of the <br />existing water and fire services and localized drainage will also be required due to the location of the <br />pedestrian bridge. This task includes the preparation of the stormwater management calculations and <br />report. This task is limited to the to the revisions of the plans listed below and located within the SIB <br />Government Center site along the west side of Collins Avenue. During this task, Kimley-Horn will revise <br />the following previously prepared government center on-site civil engineering contract documents to <br />address the inclusion of the pedestrian bridge. <br />■ Onsite Demolition Plan <br />• Onsite Erosion Control Plan <br />• On-site Water and Sewer Plan <br />• On-site Paving, Grading & Drainage Plan and Details <br />This task Includes comment responses for one (1) round of reasonable comments to the current <br />design without major design changes. Additional comments will be addressed as an additional <br />service with written authorization from the Client. The SIB Government Center on-site revised civil <br />engineering contract documents will be submitted to the Client as an electronic PDF file. <br />SCHEDULE <br />We will provide our services in an expeditious and orderly manner to meet the written schedule mutually <br />agreed to by the Client and the Consultant. <br />PROJECT RECOGNITION <br />The Client agrees to credit Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for all Klmley-Horn generated images of <br />the project and to identify Kimley-Horn as the civil engineer for said Project in all communications, <br />advertisements and marketing materials. <br />PROJECT ASSUMPTIONS <br />Kimley-Hom assumes the following: <br />■ The Client will provide an updated site plan and survey in electronic AutoCAD format. <br />• The permitting process will be led by others. <br />• Civil engineering redesign of the existing drainage system within the private property east of the <br />pedestrian bridge will be provided by others. <br />
