Additional comments will be addressed as an additional service with written authorization from the Client. The SIB Government Center on-site revised civil engineering contract documents will be submitted to the Client as an electronic PDF file. TASK 4 — SIB GOVERNMENT CENTER ON-SITE REVISED CIVIL ENGINEERING DOCUMENTS The proposed pedestrian bridge will require harmonization of the bridge landing with the existing government center hardscape and the adjacent car rental parking lot. Additionally, relocation of the existing water and fire services and localized drainage will also be required due to the location of the pedestrian bridge. This task includes the preparation of the stormwater management calculations and report. This task is limited to the to the revisions of the plans listed below and located within the SIB Government Center site along the west side of Collins Avenue. SCHEDULE We will provide our services in an expeditious and orderly manner to meet the written schedule mutually agreed to by the Client and the Consultant. PROJECT RECOGNITION The Client agrees to credit Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for all Klmley-Horn generated images of the project and to identify Kimley-Horn as the civil engineer for said Project in all communications, advertisements and marketing materials. PROJECT ASSUMPTIONS Kimley-Hom assumes the following: ■ The Client will provide an updated site plan and survey in electronic AutoCAD format. • The permitting process will be led by others. • Civil engineering redesign of the existing drainage system within the private property east of the pedestrian bridge will be provided by others.
