The composition of the staff team should include: <br /> <br /> The names of the employees in the area responsible for this contract. <br /> Their function in the company. <br /> The name of the person who will be responsible for the coordination of work. <br /> Experience and qualifications of staff and satisfactory record of performance of staff <br /> <br />4. Approach / Methodology <br />Proposers approach methodology to providing the services requested in this solicitation. <br /> <br /> Suitability of the methodologies and approach used in achieving tasks <br /> Ability to meet desired timelines and deadlines <br /> Pictures of design concept <br /> Current operating guidelines, ADA compliance policies and procedures, and safety policies <br />and procedures that affect employees and the public, including any independent <br />inspections, copies of employee safety training procedures with proof of training meetings <br /> List of owned decorations and equipment <br /> Each bid must specify amperage and electrical requirements <br /> <br />5. Cost of Services <br />Each Vendor shall submit in their price proposal any pricing conditions or <br />contingencies. Prices shall remain firm and fixed for the initial 3 years. <br /> <br />6. References <br />Each Proposer must submit three (3) references of Current and/or Past Customers to whom <br />they have provided services similar in scope and size of those described herein. <br /> <br />The City retains the right to request any additional information pertaining to the Proposer's ability, <br />qualifications, and procedures used to accomplish all work under the contract as it deems <br />necessary to ensure safe and satisfactory work. <br /> <br />7. Availability <br />Indicate if vendor can meet the timelines the City has identified. Identify the extent and nature <br />of any anticipated outside support. <br /> <br />8.
