PROJECT SUMMARY <br /> Application Number: PZ2021-03 <br /> Application Summary: The Applicant, owner of a property, is seeking approval for four <br /> variances in relation to the new construction of a single-family home. <br /> The applicant is seeking a side setback variance for the east and west <br /> side of the property, a pool side setback variance on the east side, <br /> and a height variance for a new single-family home on an existing lot <br /> of record. <br /> Specifically, the Applicant is proposing to have a side setback <br /> variance of five feet (5') where seven and half feet (7.5') is required <br /> on the east side of the property.
