<br />01044 - 1/1 <br />SECTION 01044 - OPERATIONS IN ROADWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> <br />PART 1 - GENERAL <br />1.01 GENERAL <br />A. CONTRACTOR shall obtain all necessary permits not obtained by ENGINEER <br />OR OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE, and arrange all inspection required by the <br />City and shall pay all charges. <br />B. Traffic flow shall be maintained in all areas of the work. <br />C. The CONTRACTOR shall take all means necessary to prevent accidents. <br />Sufficient flagmen, barricades, lights, signs and all other precautions necessary <br />shall be furnished to provide safe conditions. <br />D. Pavement: Replace damaged or destroyed street pavement, base, and subgrade <br />in complete accordance with the requirements of the controlling authority and the <br />Contract Documents. <br />E.
