BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />PROJECT SCOPE <br />OCI Associates was selected as a sub-consultant to an Architectural firm to <br />provide a Due Diligence Report and Building Conditions Assessment of an <br />abandoned big box retail space to convert it into a $5.5 million West Command <br />Center for the growing West region in the county. Our team members were <br />required to provide a site visit to the building and evaluate the following systems; <br /> · Mechanical Systems <br /> · Electrical Systems <br /> · Plumbing Systems <br /> · Fire Protection Systems <br /> · Low Voltage Systems <br />After the evaluation, our team provided a report of findings such as the general <br />condition, MEP engineer’s opinion of overall serviceability and longevity as well <br />as our recommendation for remedial repair or a completed replacement of the <br />systems and a probable cost estimate.
