BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />PROJECT SCOPE <br />OCI Associates was selected as a sub-consultant to an Architectural firm to <br />provide a Due Diligence Report and Building Condition Assessment of an existing <br />building located at 11059 International Drive, Orlando. Our team members <br />were required to provide a site visit to the two-story building and evaluate the <br />following systems; <br /> · Mechanical Systems <br /> · Electrical Systems <br /> · Plumbing Systems <br /> · Fire Protection Systems <br /> · Low Voltage Systems <br />After the evaluation, our team provided a report of findings such as the general <br />condition, MEP engineer’s opinion of overall serviceability and longevity as well <br />as our recommendation for remedial repair or a completed replacement of the <br />systems and a probable cost estimate.
