YEAR COMPLETED <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONSTRUCTION (If applicable) <br />Since 2013, CPZ completed space plans for the computer company for the second floor of Building 1415 at Crown Center in Fort Lauderdale. These 34,000 square feet of space was laid out to divide meet the tenant’s needs of more space and departmental divisions. The potential tenant was looking to bring together into one space all of their departments thus reinforcing the corporate identity. The new space needs to accommodate the current staffing as well as anticipated growth for the next two fiscal years. The resulting plan created a central focal element to house the operations and tech squad centers with the other departments encircling this area. Each department has easy access to this central core as well as private conference rooms. Collaboration/relaxation areas are positioned along the edges of departments to encourage team building. Additionally, the plan allows for expansion as the business grows. <br />c.
