PROJECT APPROACH: <br />Proposers approach methodology to providing the services requested <br />in this solicitation <br /> 30 <br />4. REFERENCES: <br />References are required as a component of due diligence to determine <br />the capability of the proposing Firm to be able to perform the required <br />services. <br /> 5 <br />5. COST OF SERVICES – SEPARATE SEALED ENVELOPE: <br />Proposer must provide detailed cost of services <br /> 5 <br /> TOTAL POINTS 100 <br /> <br />4.4 Minimum Qualification Requirements <br /> <br />All requested documentation and/or information shall be provided in the Proposal to <br />confirm that the Proposer has satisfied the Prequalification Criteria in order to be properly <br />evaluated as listed herein. Proposers failing to meet these requirements may be deemed <br />NON-RESPONSIVE. The Proposer shall, at the time of Proposal submittal, time of award, <br />and throughout the duration of the Contract, continue to meet the following Minimum <br />Qualification Criteria requirements as stated in the Solicitation Documents. <br /> <br />a. Duly licensed under chapter 473 and qualified to conduct audits in accordance with <br />government auditing standards as adopted by the Florida Board of Accountancy. <br />Proposer shall submit copies of active license(s). <br /> <br />b. The proposer must submit proof of experience with at least three (3) government entities <br />within the last five (5) years in governmental accounting and auditing, as lead auditors. <br />The references provided with your proposal must be the same as the projects/contracts <br />submitted for this requirement. <br /> <br />c. The audit team supervisor (or equivalent) must have three (3) years of supervisory <br />experience.
