April 6, 2022 / Page 3 of 12 <br />11723.02 — New Park at Ritz Carlton Sales Center Site <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />SURVEY SERVICES <br />Task 101 Boundary and Topographic Survey <br />KEITH shall prepare a Boundary and Topographic Survey of the site. The Survey shall showthe boundary <br />lines of the City property (Folios #31-2214-008-0071 and #31-2214-004-0180) depicted in red. The <br />Topographic Survey shall include the surface improvements such as buildings, roadways, pavement, <br />sidewalks, traffic striping, walls, fences, surface utilities, etc. Trees shall be noted by common name and <br />trunk diameter. Storm and Sanitary structures shall be noted with the pipe invert elevation, diameter, <br />material, and direction. The topography shall include the area depicted in red and S.R. A1A to the western <br />edge of pavement and NW 158th St to the north edge of pavement. Elevations shall be shown at an <br />interval of approximately 50 feet, including intermediate changes in grade. <br />Note: Vertical Datum for this survey shall be NGVD 1929 unless otherwise directed by Client and <br />the Horizontal Datum shall be NAD 83/2011. <br />Task 102 Existing Easement Research (By Subconsultant - Paramount Title Services) — <br />Optional Services <br />The Subconsultant (Paramount Title Services) will prepare an on-site easement and adjoining right- <br />of-way search. This is not a title commitment. Results of such search will be provided to KEITH to <br />include as part of the Boundary and Topographic Survey. <br />This task is offered as Optional Services in lieu of the City/Client supplying KEITH with all documents <br />covering easements, encumbrances, Title Commitment and exception documents referenced therein. <br />Survey will include review, depiction and/or notation of applicable documents. <br />SUBSURFACE UTILITY ENGINEERING (SUE) SERVICES <br />Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Services including horizontal designation, utility location, utility <br />mapping and franchise utility coordination are not included in this scope of work. If required, the <br />CONSULTANT will be pleased to provide additional services under a separate agreement. <br />GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES (By Geotechnical Sub. — NV5) <br />Refer to Exhibit 'A' — NV5 (Sub -Consultant) Geotechnical Engineering Services Scope and Fees. <br />Task 201 Geotechnical Testing and Reporting (By Geotechnical Sub. - NV5) <br />The geotechnical subconsultant (NV5) will provide geotechnical engineering testing and reporting <br />services for the new Park located in the City of Sunny Isles Beach in Florida consisting of: <br />NV5 proposes to drill two (2) borings to around 15 to 20 feet below grade at the site. Proposed <br />boring locations are shown with red circles in the image below. Boring locations could shift due <br />to actual site conditions. <br />Engineering Inspired Design. 522 <br />
