RESOLUTIONS <br /> <br />10A. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, Awarding <br />Request for Proposal No. 20-12-01 to, and Approving an Agreement with, The <br />Amusement Source, LLC., for Event Rides Rental, in an Amount Not to Exceed <br />$120,000.00; Authorizing the Mayor to Execute Said Agreement; Authorizing the City <br />Manager to Do All Things Necessary to Effectuate this Resolution; Providing for an <br />Effective Date. <br /> <br />Action: City Clerk Betancur read the title, and Cultural and Community Services Director <br />reported. <br /> <br />Public Speakers: None. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Svechin moved, and Commissioner Lama seconded a motion to approve the <br />resolution. Resolution No. 2021-3178 was adopted by a voice vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> <br />10B. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, Approving <br />a Fourth Amendment to the Agreement with the City of Hialeah to Provide <br />Maintenance, Repair, and Storage Services for the City’s Shuttle Buses, Vehicles and <br />Equipment, in an Amount not to Exceed $200,000.00; Authorizing the City Manager to <br />Execute Said Amendment and to Do All Things Necessary to Effectuate this Resolution; <br />Providing for an Effective Date. <br /> <br />Action: City Clerk Betancur read the title, and Cultural and Community Services Director <br />reported. <br /> <br />Public Speakers: None. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Svechin moved, and Commissioner Lama seconded a motion to approve the <br />resolution. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, Authorizing <br />the Chief of Police, in Accordance with the Comprehensive Crime Control Act of 1984 to <br />Expend Partial Forfeiture Funds From the Department of Justice (“DOJ”) for Design, <br />Engineering, and Permitting Services to be Performed by Magellan Advisors for the <br />Build-Out of the Fiber Optic Network, and for the Purchase of Eight (8) Pro Laser <br />Speed Detectors, in an Amount Not to Exceed $39,339.00; Providing For An Effective <br />Date. <br /> <br />Action: City Clerk Betancur read the title, and Chief of Police reported. <br /> <br />Public Speakers: None. <br /> <br />Commissioner Viscarra moved, and Vice Mayor Svechin seconded a motion to approve the <br />resolution.
