C. The CONTRACTOR shall as a condition precedent of this Agreement, furnish to the CITY of Sunny Isles Beach, c/o Project Manager, 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160. Certificate(s) of Insurance upon execution of this Agreement, which indicate that insurance coverage has been obtained which meets the requirements as outlined below: 10.3.2 Property Insurance (Builder’s Risk): The CONTRACTOR shall purchase and maintain property insurance upon the Work at or off the site of 100% of the contract completed value. These policies shall insure the interest of the owner, CONTRACTOR and subcontractors in the Work, and shall insure against “all risks” of physical loss and damage including theft, vandalism and malicious mischief, collapse and water damage. All such insurance required by this paragraph shall remain in effect until the Work is completed and accepted by the CITY. 10.3.3 Commercial General Liability A.
