Police is hereby authorized to expend Three Hundred Eighty -Three Thousand Two Hundred <br />Seventy -Three Dollars and Eighty -One Cents ($383,273.81) from the Law Enforcement Trust Fund <br />for upgrades to ten (10) license plate readers, a new Police Department dispatch software, and <br />a new Police Department vehicle, in compliance with Florida Statutes. <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
