SERIAL 16154 -RFP <br />2.3.15 CATEGORY 15: HOSPITALITY <br />Guest room supplies and appliances, personal care amenities, <br />telephones, bed and bath linens, housekeeping cleaning supplies, public <br />restroom supplies, carts, banquet and conference room supplies, guest <br />room and suite furniture, fixtures, and equipment, pool and patio <br />equipment, and other hospitality supplies. <br />2.3.16 CATEGORY 16: WATER AND WASTE WATER TREATMENT <br />Aeration, chart and data recorders, chemical feed, collection systems, <br />flow metering, gauges, grounds maintenance, hose, hydrants, lab <br />chemicals, equipment, and testing, location and leak detection, level <br />and pressure, pipe, plugs, process analysis, pumps, sampling <br />equipment, storm water, tanks, tools, valves, and water treatment. <br />2.3.17 CATEGORY 17: NUSCELLANEOUS <br />Including, but not limited to: shelving (metal or wood composite), <br />safety and emergency equipment, first aid supplies, conditioning salt, <br />scaffolding (purchased), packaging supplies, communication supplies, <br />electrical supplies, lighting supplies, office products, and property <br />management products. <br />2.3.18 CATEGORY 18: IN STORE SERVICES <br />Including, but not limited to: glass cutting, pipe threading, planning <br />services (flooring and cabinet), verbal technical advice, special orders, <br />rental equipment, etc. <br />2.4 PRODUCT ORDERING: <br />2.4.1 Contractor's limited product line (Wholesale or Retail) shall be available for internet <br />ordering 24/7. <br />2.4.2 Products may be ordered by any of the following methods: <br />2.4.2.1 <br />Retail Stores (Point of Sale) <br />2.4.2.2 <br />Internet (Homedepot.com ) <br />2.4.2.3 <br />Other eProcurement options <br />2.4.2.4 <br />Will Call (Phone or FAX order) <br />2.5 PRODUCT PRICING: <br />Retail: <br />Products shall be sold at their retail price. An annual volume rebate will be paid to Participating <br />Public Agencies (see Exhibit A). For any purchase over $1,500, more aggressive pricing may be <br />available through the Volume Pricing Program. The discount offered through this program will <br />depend on dollar value, quantity and type of material. In addition, the Pro Rewards Paint program <br />offers Participating Public Agencies further discounts on their paint only purchases (see Exhibit <br />A). <br />2.6 ON-LINE CATALOG DISCOUNT PRICING: <br />Presently, the capability exists to access a limited on-line catalog reflecting contract pricing of <br />products. <br />2.7 RELATED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (INSTALLATION, REPAIR AND RENOVATION <br />SERVICES) PRICING: <br />2.7.1 All Participating Public Agencies shall receive a detailed written quotation for all <br />services to be performed, and product(s) to be provided. <br />138 <br />
