18 ARCHITECTURE Flooring specialty subcontractors ask what final grit specification is required for <br />the honed finish? <br />To achieve a fine honing, GC shall use 400/800 Grit. Refer to revised A-102 and A- <br />600 with new note: Grit specification of 400/800 to be performed to achieve fine <br />honing. <br />19 A-102 ARCHITECTURE <br />Is the entire area scheduled to receive the 2-1/2” topping also to receive the <br />honed finish, or are just the areas designated on A-102 to receive the honed <br />finish? <br />Honed finish in locations as indicated in Sheet A-102 <br />20 CITY OF SUNNY <br />ISLES BEACH <br />Due to the complexity of this project, the necessary phasing of the scope of work <br />and the limited staging / laydown area, will the City consider extending the time- <br />to-complete to minimum 270 days? <br />Not at this time - City will make concessions to provide space. <br />21 A-103 ARCHITECTURE <br />A-103 Ceiling Legend shows “wood plank” for both the exterior canopy and an <br />interior section. There is a callout for a Trespa Pura for the canopy. A-600 lists <br />the interior ceiling section as “wood plank”. Please confirm that the interior <br />“wood plank” ceiling finish the “WoodWorks Linear Veneered Open” system in <br />Tech Spec 092126. If not, please provide spec for this finish. <br />Refer to revised A-103 and A-600 with new note for interior wooden ceiling: <br />Armstrong Woodwork Linear Veneered Opened - Color: Plain Sliced Walnut, or <br />similar approved. Refer to revised Technical Specification Section 09 51 26 <br />22 A-600 ARCHITECTURE A-600 – Flooring - Please provide Manufacturer, Style/model, color and sizes for <br />Carpet 1, Carpet 2, ESD, and LVT <br />Refer to revised A-102 & A-600 with the following new notes: <br />- Carpet 1: Milliken - TWE52 - Blue Chroma, or similar approved. <br />- Carpet 2: Milliken - MDR201 - 197 Teal Blend, or similar approved. <br />- LVT: Adore Floors Nat-604 Attain, or similar approved. <br />- ESD: ArmstrongFlooring - ESD Static Control Flooring - Excelon SDT - Ridge: <br />51957, or similar approved. <br />23 A-600 ARCHITECTURE A-600 – Base – Schedule lists Rubber, Tech Spec 096513 lists Vinyl. Please clarify. <br />Refer to revised Technical Specifications Section 09 65 13. Materials - Rubber <br />Coved Rolls 4 inches in height by roll, 0.125 in thick, rounded top. Color - Smokey <br />Gray or similar approved. <br />24 A-600 ARCHITECTURE A-600 – Walls - Please provide Manufacturer, Style/model, color and sizes for <br />Porcelain Tile 1, Porcelain Tile 2, Acoustical Wooden Panels <br />Refer to revised A-600 with the following new notes: <br />- Porcelain 1: Nasco - Storycloud, or similar approved. <br />- Porcelain 2: Narco - Story Grey, or similar approved. <br />- Acoustical Woodern Panels: Armstrong Woodwork Walls 2'x8' Plain Sliced <br />Walnut, or similar approved . <br />Refer to revised Technical Specifications 09 51 26.1 <br />25 A-700 ARCHITECTURE <br />A-700 – Mark 007 (Room 011 Call Center) – Door schedule shows 3’ 4” rough <br />opening for a #9 type door which is a door with sidelite. This rough opening <br />appears too small to support this type door. Additionally, A-101.1 appears to <br />show room 011 with a door centered between 2 sidelites. Please confirm the <br />correct door configuration for this room. <br />Door shall include 2 side lights and rough opening is revised in Sheet A-700 as 12 <br />ft <br />26 A-700 ARCHITECTURE <br />A-700 Lists NOA 23-0714.09 and FL #37001-R3 for the door 001 Employee <br />Entrance/ Egress. These are for different products. Please confirm which is <br />correct. <br />Refer to revised A-700 revised door note: Door - NOA No. 23-0714.09 or similar <br />approved. <br />27 A-700 ARCHITECTURE A-700 and A-702 specify NOAs by E.S. Windows; Spec section 08 does not list ES <br />Windows. Please confirm that ES Windows is the intended window manufacturer <br />E.S. Windows system is used as the basis of design or similar approved. Refer to <br />revised Technical Specifications Section 08 80 00 <br />28 C-101 CIVIL C-101 – Please provide a spec for the proposed paver bricks Sections 02510 and 02780 have now been added for the proposed brick pavers. <br />29 A-500 ARCHITECTURE A-500.3 - Wall P-11 does not callout required stud type/configuration. Please <br />provide <br />Refer to revised Sheet A-500.3 Wall Assembly P-11 and A-507 for new note: 2- <br />1/2" resilient channel, 25 GA, 16" O.C.
