Purpose & Scope <br /> This QA/QC Program establishes a structured approach to ensuring that all construction <br /> activities for the Sunny Isles Building Department Annex adhere to project specifications, <br /> industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The program is designed to: <br /> ● Maintain high-quality workmanship and minimize defects. <br /> ● Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. <br /> ● Implement a systematic process for inspections, testing, and documentation. <br /> 2. Roles & Responsibilities <br /> 2.1 Project Manager <br /> ● Oversees the implementation of QA/QC protocols. <br /> ● Ensures all work complies with approved plans and specifications. <br /> ● Coordinates with inspectors, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve quality concerns. <br /> 2.2 QA/QC Manager <br /> ● Conducts regular quality inspections and audits. <br /> ● Identifies non-conformance issues and develops corrective action plans. <br /> ● Maintains detailed project documentation and prepares QA/QC reports. <br /> 2.3 Site Supervisor <br /> ● Ensures on-site adherence to QA/QC guidelines. <br /> ● Conducts worker training on quality standards and best practices. <br /> ● Oversees material testing and inspection coordination. <br /> Ernest Energy Inc.
