4V/1111 /ll fl <br />�� i <br />2030 <br />All public and private activities regarding the use, development and redevelopment <br />of land and the provision of urban services and infrastructure shall be consistent with <br />the goal, objectives and policies of this Comprehensive Plan , the adopted Population <br />Estimates and Projections, and: the future uses provided by the adopted Land Use <br />Plan Map and interpretive policies. <br />Policies <br />5A. The Land Use Plan Map and interpretive policies contained in this Element <br />provide standards for allowable land uses, and densities or intensities of use <br />for each land use category, and is declared to be an integral part of these <br />adopted Land Use Policies. <br />5B. All development orders authorizing a new land use or development, or <br />redevelopment, or significant expansion of an existing use shall be ^e:^t?�--= geRt <br />upon aR affirmative finding that the development ar --re rcenferms to, and is <br />consistent with the goals, objectives and policies of the Comprehensive Plan, <br />including the adopted Land Use Plan Map and "Land Use Implementation" <br />provisions of this Element. The City Planner, or other, designee of the City <br />Manager, and the City Attorney shall be the principal administrative <br />interpreter of the Comprehensive Plan. <br />5C .
