The proposal includes a new <br />single story building with 8,114 square feet. The sales center will <br />consist of offices and a unit model for the Armani Casa project. Please <br />note that the Applicant intends to maintain the north wing of the <br />Bluegrass Motel to be used as additional office space. The Armani <br />Casa project has not been approved by City Commission.
