Section 1. Approval of Fourth Amendment. The City Commission hereby approves a Fourth <br />Amendment to the Agreement with the Contractor to perform the Additional Services, in an <br />amount not to exceed One Hundred Seventy -Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($175,000.00), <br />bringing the total contract amount not to exceed Eight Hundred Thirty -Two Thousand Dollars <br />and No Cents ($832,000.00), attached hereto as Exhibit "A". <br />Section 2. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to <br />execute said First Amendment to the Agreement, and to do all things necessary to effectuate <br />this Resolution. <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
