OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH AND IAM ELECTRIC, INC. <br />to: SUN ^O <br />CONTRACT NO. 2024-7420 <br />THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT between the CITY OF <br />SUNNY ISLES BEACH ("City") and IAM ELECTRIC, INC., a corporation authorized to do <br />business in the State of Florida, whose Federal Employer Identification (FEI) No. is 83-2450520 <br />("Contractor"), executed this'` -Uay of February, 2026, is made a part of the original Agreement <br />between the City and Contractor, dated January 22, 2024 ("Agreement"), as amended on April 25, <br />2024, on January 16, 2025, and on February 20, 2025, collectively attached hereto as Exhibit "A." <br />The City and Contractor hereby agree as follows: <br />1. THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. City and Contractor wish to amend Section 2 of the <br />Agreement, entitled "The Contract Documents" to include and incorporate as part of the Contract <br />Documents, the Contractor's Quote, which is appended hereto as Exhibit "B." <br />2. ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION. City and Contractor also wish to amend Section 5 <br />of the Agreement, entitled "Compensation," to provide additional compensation for an amount not <br />to exceed One Hundred Seventy -Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($175,000.00). The <br />additional compensation provided herein will bring the total Agreement not to exceed amount to <br />Eight Hundred Thirty -Two Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($832,000.00). <br />3. OTHER PROVISIONS REMAIN IN EFFECT. Except as specifically modified herein, <br />all terms and conditions of the original Agreement between the parties, dated January 22, 2024, as <br />amended, shall remain in full force and effect. <br />4. CONFLICTING PROVISIONS.
