Upon review of each bid, the <br />recommendation was to award and enter into agreement with Waypoint Contracting, Inc., as the <br />lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Waypoint's bid was $3,720,365 and the next responsive <br />bidder was $3,953,808.11. <br />The original contract award was for a substantial completion within 210 Calendar days & final <br />completion within 240 calendar days. The NTP was issued on July 23, 2025, and brings us to March 20, <br />2026. This amendment requests an additional 156 calendar days, extending final completion to August <br />23, 2026. <br />On December 13, 2024, the City received a cost estimate from BEA Architects totaling $4,024,062.90, <br />Item Number: 94 <br />900 <br />
