However, evaluating the site based
upon the parking demand distributions and characteristics contained within the ULI's Shared Parking,
31 Edition, the highest peak -season peak -hour parking demand was calculated to be 264 parking
spaces. The shared parking analysis corresponds to 42 fewer parking spaces, or a 13.7 percent
(13.7%) reduction of the parking supply based on City of Sunny Isles Beach parking code. As previously
mentioned, the proposed development is providing 298 parking spaces, which results in a surplus of
34 parking spaces.
K:\FTL_TPTO\044800034 - RDBH Sunny Isles\Correspondence\Shared Parking\102025 Canales RDBH Sunny Isles Shared Parking Analysis.docx
% j"%t 1 i 11111l,4Fi
,yti4H .MCyr
1
+`0 ' No 62541
STATE OF
O R 1 d P G `
John J.
