If it is still necessary, CAS will assist City arborist and document on plans trees requiring removal <br />by each pump station where applicable. Note that surveyed trees are numbered on the survey <br />plans for reference to be used by the arborist. Our survey was conducted in 2021 and should <br />new trees exist today, the survey will need to be updated. This scope will include surveying up <br />to five (5) new trees. <br />Lump Sum: $3,500.00 <br />5. CAS will coordinate with the City Engineer and update plans to propose backflow prevention <br />devices at existing stormwater outfalls in lieu of plugging them as currently proposed and <br />directed by the previous City engineer. <br />Lump Sum: $8,500.00 <br />6. If it is still necessary CAS will coordinate with the City Engineer/CGA and without affecting the <br />stormwater design, reasonably update plans regarding the Sunny Isles Bike Lane project which <br />may overlap this project at pump stations locations that may affect the project. This service will <br />be billed on an hourly basis for a not to exceed amount shown in the following table. Request <br />for additional hours will be requested once the anticipated cost exceeded. <br />Hourly: $8,500.00 <br />7.
