City and Contractor wish to amend Section 5 of the Agreement, entitled "Compensation," to provide <br />additional compensation for the Services in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />and No Cents ($100,000.00). The additional compensation provided herein will bring the total <br />Agreement to a not -to -exceed amount of Two Hundred Eighty -Three Thousand Six Hundred Dollars and <br />No Cents ($283,600.00). Except as specifically modified herein, all terms and conditions of the original <br />Agreement between the parties, dated August 22, 2025 shall remain in full force and effect.
