30 <br />Implementation Schedule & Timeline <br />RFP No. 26-04-01 – Citywide Holiday Lighting & Decorating Services <br />Artistic Holiday Designs proposes the following implementation schedule to ensure full compliance <br />with the City of Sunny Isles Beach’s required installation, operational, and removal timelines. <br />Phase 1 – Project Initiation and Design Development <br />Timeframe: May – July 2026 <br />• Contract execution and project kickoff meeting <br />• Site assessments of designated areas including Collins Avenue, parks, and key corridors <br />• Review of existing City-owned décor (menorahs excluded from scope) <br />• Development of design concepts aligned with the City’s requirement for neutral, <br /> inclusive holiday themes <br />• Budget alignment and submission of design renderings for City review and approval <br />Phase 2 – Engineering, Permitting & Procurement <br />Timeframe: July – September 2026 <br />• Final engineering drawings and electrical load calculations <br />• Permitting coordination (if required) <br />• Allocation of inventory and procurement of materials <br />• Fabrication of custom décor elements (if applicable) <br />• Finalization of logistics, staffing, and installation sequencing <br />• Confirmation of licensed electrical personnel in compliance with RFP requirements <br />Phase 3 – Installation & Deployment <br />Timeframe: October – November 2, 2026 <br />• Installation of tree lighting, pole décor, and streetscape elements along Rights-of-Way <br />• Installation of park décor, entrance features, and focal displays <br />• Electrical connections, system testing, and quality control inspections <br />• Coordination of walkthrough inspections with City staff <br />Milestone Requirement: <br />All installation activities associated with initial payment milestones will be completed no later than <br />November 2, 2026 in accordance with the City’s milestone schedule
