The 2026 staffing plan for Sunny Isles is sequenced as follows: <br /> <br />Phase Crew Size & Composition Milestone <br />Design & Permitting Design Lead + PM + 1 designer Detailed implementation plan delivered by <br />July 1, 2026 <br />August Walk-Through & Power <br />Verification <br />PM + Lead Electrical Tech + 1 <br />field supervisor <br />Walk-through and written deficiency <br />report; deficiencies resolved by <br />September 15, 2026 <br />ROW & Street Pole Installation <br />4–6 field crews; 2 lift <br />operators; 1 on-duty <br />supervisor <br />All street pole décor, ROW décor, and tree <br />wrapping installed by October 15, 2026 <br />Park & Facility Installation 3–4 field crews; 1 lift operator; <br />1 on-duty supervisor <br />All park décor installed by November 2, <br />2026 <br />Final Programming & Sign-Off Lead Electrical Tech + PM All decorations lit on timers by 5:30 PM no <br />later than November 16, 2026 <br />Holiday Lighting Ceremony <br />Standby <br />PM + 1 field crew on standby <br />at Gateway Park <br />On-site November 21, 2026 — addresses <br />any issues immediately (Addendum 2, <br />Revision 2) <br />In-Season Maintenance <br />1–2 service technicians on <br />weekly inspection cycle; on- <br />call crew for outage response <br />within 8 hours <br />Continuous inspections; 24/7 line; weekly <br />documented service logs <br />Removal & Restoration 4–6 field crews; lift operators <br />Removal completed between January 11 <br />and January 31, 2027, prioritizing park <br />restoration <br /> <br />6.4 Safety Plan for All Employees and Equipment <br />• OSHA-compliant work practices: 29 CFR 1910 (General Industry) and 29 CFR 1926 <br />(Construction). All field crew hold OSHA 10 cards at minimum; all supervisors hold OSHA 30. <br />• Aerial-lift, scissor-lift, and bucket-truck certifications maintained for all operators.
