All wrapping is uniform in color temperature and strand density <br />across each run for a clean, professional appearance. <br /> <br />8.3 Gateway Park Featured Décor (Group 1) <br />• 17' Walkthrough Package with Bow — photo-friendly archway centerpiece. <br />• 34' Panel Tree — large-format LED centerpiece. <br />• 4' 3D Nativity Star tree topper. <br />• 10' Santa Deluxe Sleigh Photo Op — photo-op feature. <br />• 6' Menorah ground mount — displayed alongside the Christmas tree element, in accordance <br />with Addendum 3, Q25. The City-owned outdoor menorah will be installed by the City alongside <br />the Christmas tree(s) (Addendum 3, Q11/Q12), and the Contractor's design will not duplicate it. <br />• Lobby Christmas Tree (Government Center, Group 2): 10' Douglas Fir with warm-white LED 5mm <br />bulbs (per RFP §3.1 minimum requirement). <br />• Lobby Christmas Tree (Pelican Community Park, Group 2): 6.5' Douglas Fir for the 9' ceiling (per <br />RFP §3.1). <br />• Lobby Christmas Tree (Gateway Center, Group 2): 7.5' Douglas Fir for the 10'9" ceiling (per RFP <br />§3.1). <br /> <br />8.4 Electrical & Power Plan <br />• All locations have sufficient power, with GFCI-protected outlets confirmed operational and <br />verified by the Contractor prior to installation (Addendum 3, Q20/Q21). <br />• Extension cords: minimum 14-gauge wire, grounded, outdoor-rated (RFP §3.5). <br />• Cable routing: neat, orderly, secured, concealed where practicable, and managed to prevent <br />tripping hazards (RFP §3.1). <br />• Programmed timers: all lights set to be lit no later than 5:30 PM nightly (RFP §3.1). <br />• Power consumption: 100% LED program; spec sheets and per-circuit load calculations submitted <br />to the City as part of the July 1, 2026 implementation plan. <br />• Coordination with utility services and locked panels managed by Be The Light Decor in <br />coordination with the City. <br /> <br />8.5 Material Durability & Coastal Compliance <br />• Wind: All pole-mount and palm wrap installations are tested and rated for Florida coastal wind <br />conditions. Mounting hardware is selected for the 22' pole height and salt-air corrosion <br />exposure (Addendum 3, Q9). <br />• Corrosion: stainless steel or marine-grade hardware on all exterior installations where <br />applicable; cord caps, fasteners, and connection points rated for outdoor and coastal use. <br />• Salt exposure: weather-sealed splices; commercial-grade vinyl-jacketed light strands; spare- <br />stock pre-positioned for in-season replacement.
