For Holiday programs, service is <br />provided from the time of light up until December 31st. For damage done by <br />landscapers, vermin or vandals, customer will be charged for products replaced. To <br />notify us, day or night, of a service need, please use the link below. <br />To guarantee your peace of mind, our technicians are equipped with tablets and a <br />specialized reporting system. This allows them to document completed work with <br />photos, providing you with clear visual confirmation that your lights are shining <br />brightly and no further action is required. All service requests will be resolved <br />within 24 hours or less! <br />MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />Page 28 of 83 <br />MAINTENANCE <br />Our scope of work includes installation, service, removal and proper storage <br />and off-season refurbishment throughout the term of the contract. During the off <br />season we will quality check every item that is installed. Items will be refurbished <br />and well maintained to keep a like-new appearance for the entirety of the contract. <br />All lights and décor will be commercial grade which minimizes outages. All light <br />bulbs and hardware can be replaced on site.
