  <br />Qualifications of Key Personnel  <br />The following key personnel will be directly responsible for the management, coordination, design, field  <br />operations, maintenance oversight, and ongoing support of the City of Sunny Isles Beach holiday lighting  <br />and décor program. Each team member identified in this section plays an active role in the planning,  <br />execution, and operational management of large-scale municipal and destination-oriented holiday  <br />installations throughout South Florida.  <br />The proposed project team combines executive leadership, creative design expertise, field operations  <br />management, maintenance coordination, and responsive client support to provide the City with a highly  <br />organized, experienced, and professionally managed operational structure throughout the duration of the  <br />holiday season.  <br />  <br />  <br />South Florida Lighting Team, LLC DBA Miami Christmas Lights.  <br /> 20
