  <br />Key Project Personnel  <br />Kurt Stange  <br />President | Executive Project Lead  <br />As President of MCL, Kurt Stange will  <br />serve as Executive Project Lead for the  <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach holiday  <br />lighting and décor program and will  <br />maintain direct involvement throughout  <br />all phases of the project. Kurt will  <br />oversee executive-level project  <br />coordination, operational planning,  <br />scheduling, quality assurance, design  <br />direction, and client communication to  <br />help ensure the successful execution of  <br />all project objectives, timelines,  <br />presentation standards, and operational  <br />expectations.  <br />With almost two decades of experience  <br />leading municipal, hospitality,  <br />commercial, and destination-oriented  <br />holiday lighting programs throughout  <br />South Florida, Kurt has successfully  <br />managed large-scale projects requiring  <br />complex logistics, rapid-response  <br />maintenance operations, event  <br />coordination, and high-visibility public  <br />presentation standards. His leadership  <br />experience includes projects involving  <br />municipal streetscape enhancements, tourism corridors, public park activations, mixed-use  <br />developments, and destination-quality holiday experiences throughout active public environments.  <br />Kurt previously oversaw MCL’s holiday lighting operations for the City of Sunny Isles Beach from 2013  <br />through 2020, providing him with valuable familiarity regarding the City’s infrastructure, operational  <br />expectations, roadway corridors, event coordination requirements, and community presentation  <br />standards. Under Kurt’s leadership, MCL has also supported large-scale seasonal activations associated  <br />with major hospitality, tourism, entertainment, and destination-oriented environments throughout South  <br />Florida requiring elevated presentation quality, coordinated event support, operational reliability, and  <br />responsive service throughout the holiday season.  <br />Kurt’s direct involvement throughout the project will provide the City with a high level of accountability,  <br />responsiveness, executive oversight, and operational continuity from project initiation through removal.  <br />South Florida Lighting Team, LLC DBA Miami Christmas Lights.  <br /> 21
