  <br />Sajeed Boocus  <br />Field Foreman | Maintenance Manager  <br />Sajeed Boocus, Field Foreman at MCL,  <br />will serve as Field Foreman and  <br />Maintenance Manager for the City of  <br />Sunny Isles Beach holiday lighting and  <br />décor program. In this role, Sajeed will  <br />oversee installation execution, field  <br />operations, maintenance response  <br />activities, and day-to-day site  <br />management to help ensure all lighting  <br />and décor elements remain fully  <br />operational, visually consistent, and  <br />maintained to MCL’s standards  <br />throughout the holiday season.  <br />Sajeed will be responsible for  <br />managing on-site crews, coordinating  <br />installation activities, performing  <br />quality control inspections, overseeing  <br />maintenance and repair operations,  <br />and supporting rapid-response service  <br />activities when required. He works  <br />closely with project leadership and  <br />field operations personnel to ensure  <br />installations are completed efficiently,  <br />safely, and in accordance with project  <br />schedules, operational requirements,  <br />and City expectations.  <br />MCL’s operational strategy emphasizes continuity and accountability, with dedicated leadership  <br />personnel assigned from installation through ongoing maintenance and operational support. Sajeed will  <br />remain directly involved throughout both installation and maintenance operations, ensuring the personnel  <br />most familiar with the systems and infrastructure continue overseeing ongoing performance throughout  <br />the season. This continuity-based approach supports faster response times, improved communication,  <br />fewer operational disruptions, and more efficient issue resolution.  <br />With more than seven years of experience supporting municipal and destination-oriented holiday lighting  <br />programs throughout South Florida, including multiple seasons operating within high-traffic public  <br />environments, Sajeed brings valuable hands-on operational experience coordinating large-scale seasonal  <br />installations requiring responsive service, efficient execution, and reliable operational performance  <br />throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.  <br />South Florida Lighting Team, LLC DBA Miami Christmas Lights.  <br /> 25
