Kathryn Hernandez Project Manager Kathryn Hernandez will serve as Project Manager and the primary day- to-day point of contact for the City of Sunny Isles Beach holiday lighting and décor program. In this role, Kathryn will oversee communication, coordination, scheduling updates, service requests, and ongoing account management throughout the duration of the project to help ensure responsive support and seamless coordination between the City and MCL’s operational teams. Kathryn works closely with executive leadership, field operations personnel, maintenance teams, and design staff to coordinate project activities, monitor ongoing operational performance, and ensure all City requests, updates, and support needs are addressed promptly and efficiently. Her responsibilities include managing project communication, coordinating maintenance response activities, tracking operational updates, supporting scheduling coordination, and maintaining consistent communication with City representatives throughout all phases of the holiday season. Kathryn plays a critical role in supporting MCL’s continuity-based operational approach by helping streamline communication between project leadership, field personnel, and City staff. Her involvement supports improved responsiveness, efficient issue resolution, and consistent operational coordination throughout installation, maintenance, event suppor t, and post-season removal activities. Through her proactive communication style, organizational oversight, and commitment to client support, Kathryn will help ensure the City of Sunny Isles Beach receives a highly responsive, organized, and professionally managed experience throughout the entire holiday program.
