Section Cont. <br />Miami Holiday Lights shall not be held responsible for any damage, deterioration, or condition changes to the grounds, grass, <br />landscaping, irrigation, or surrounding park areas at Gateway Park or any other installation location during the period in which <br />décor and lighting installations remain on-site. <br />Due to the nature of public parks and event venues, these locations may host additional public events, vendors, contractors, <br />maintenance crews, or activities over the course of the installation period, including multi-week or multi-month activations, <br />which are entirely outside of Miami Holiday Lights’ control. As such, Miami Holiday Lights cannot be responsible for damages <br />or ground conditions caused by third parties, weather, heavy foot traffic, equipment usage, or other external factors. <br />While Miami Holiday Lights takes every reasonable precaution during installation and removal to minimize impact to the <br />property, certain installation methods require stakes, anchors, supports, and placement of décor directly on grass or <br />landscaped areas to ensure safety and structural stability. In some cases, décor may remain in the same location for <br />extended periods of time, which can naturally result in discoloration, wear, or dead patches of grass beneath the installation. <br />Miami Holiday Lights shall not be liable for any turf, grass, irrigation, landscaping, or ground-related issues that may occur as <br />a result of standard installation practices, extended décor placement, environmental conditions, or activities outside of our <br />direct co <br />RFP 26-04-01 – Citywide Holiday Lighting & Decorating…92
