Section 4. Total Expenditure Authorization. The City Commission hereby authorized the total <br />expenditure with the Vendor up to an amount not to exceed Five hundred Ninety -Seven <br />Thousand Sixty -Seven Dollars and Sixty -Eight Cents ($597,067,68), through Fiscal Year 2027-2028. <br />Section 5. Authority of the City Manager. City Manager is hereby authorized to execute said <br />Agreement, and to do all things necessary effectuate the terms of this Resolution. <br />Section 6. Effective Date.
