perform the Scope of Work set forth within this solicitation to include being registered as a Certified Electrical Contractor with the State of Florida along with registration to conduct business in the State of Florida in all required disciplines, as required by the City's requirements based on the proposed electrical work, unless required by the City. B. The Proposer must demonstrate a strong documented track record of providing at least three (3) Commercial Outdoor Holiday Lighting Installation and Maintenance, within the last five (5) years, 2020-2025. C. The Proposer shall provide reference letters for no less than three (3) clients in which the Proposer served as primary contractor for projects similar in size and scope within the last five (5) years, 2020 - 2025. D. The Proposer must submit its most recent audited financial statements to substantiate the financial stability of the Proposer, specifically, two years of its most recent certified business financial statements as of a date not earlier than the end of the Proposer's preceding official tax accounting period, together with a statement in writing, signed by a duly authorized representative, stating that the present financial condition is materially the same as that shown on the balance sheet and income statement submitted, or with an explanation for material change in the financial condition. Review will be made on a Pass or Fail Basis by the city's CPA. Please note, financial statements are exempt from public records request. Firms that do not comply with MQRs were determined non -responsive and disqualified.
