Section 1. Approval of an Agreement. The City Commission hereby approves an Agreement <br />with the Vendor for the DFRS, in an amount not to exceed One Million Eight Hundred Forty - <br />Four Thousand Two Hundred Twelve Dollars and Four Cents ($1,844,212.04), which includes a <br />contingency in the amount of One Hundred Sixty -Seven Thousand Six Hundred Fifty -Five Dollars <br />and Sixty -Four Cents ($167,655.64), attached hereto as Exhibit "A". <br />Section 2. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
