EXHIBIT C <br />QUARTERLY REMOTE SYSTEM HEALTH REVIEW <br />Performed remotely once per calendar quarter under Section 8. Read-only. Written report within ten (10) <br />business days. <br />C.1 RECORDING INFRASTRUCTURE <br />• Recorder and server availability, uptime and service status. <br />• Storage health: drive status, array or RAID state, and any degraded, failing or failed drives. <br />• Storage capacity and current utilization. <br />• Actual retention achieved against the retention target configured for each site. <br />• Operating system, application and firmware versions against currently released versions. <br />• Recorded error, warning and event logs since the previous review. <br />• Scheduled backup and configuration export status. <br />C.2 CONNECTED DEVICES <br />• Cameras online, ofFline or intermittently connected. <br />• Cameras online but not recording to the configured schedule. <br />• Device firmware versions against currently released versions. <br />• Network link status on switches and wireless radios in the covered path. <br />• LPR read submission and connectivity status to the LEARN database. <br />C.3 LICENSING AND CERTIFICATES <br />• Avigilon Control Center license count against devices in use. <br />• Hiperwall license status. <br />• Vigilant license key (CLK) expiry dates, for Customer's renewal planning. <br />• Certificates approaching expiry. <br />C.4 REPORT CONTENTS <br />• Summary status for each site. <br />• Items requiring attention, ranked by urgency, with the recommended action for each. <br />• Items closed since the previous review. <br />• Device count reconciled against the Baseline Footprint, with any device found on the system but not <br />covered identified. <br />• A quotation for any recommended work not covered by this Agreement. <br />C.5 SCOPE LIMITS <br />The review reports on the equipment recorded at Exhibit A.
