<br />FL07"r ADDENDUM TO SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH
<br />VETTED SECURITY SOLUTIONS, LLC
<br />THIS ADDENDUM between the CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, Florida
<br />(hereinafter "CITY") and VETTED SECURITY SOLUTIONS, LLC, a Florida limited liability
<br />company, whose Federal Employer Identification (FEI) Number is 45-5289377 (hereinafter
<br />"VSS"), executed August , 2026, is made a part of the Service Agreement (hereinafter
<br />"Agreement") between CITY and VSS, dated August , 2026. CITY and VSS hereby agree
<br />as follows:
<br />Section 6 "Exclusions" and Section 9 "Billable Work" VSS and CITY hereby agree to
<br />amend Section 6 of the Agreement, entitled "Exclusions," and Section 9 entitled "Billable
<br />Work," to provide compensation, separate from the Service Plan, for labor and repairs
<br />deemed by mutual agreement between VSS and CITY, to be excluded by the conditions or
<br />circumstances, including those set forth in Section 6 and Section 9, on an as -needed basis,
<br />in an amount not to exceed Ninety Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($90,000.00), and at
<br />the rates contained in Exhibit B.3 to the Agreement.
<br />2. Section 14.2 "Insurance." VSS and CITY hereby agree to amend Section 14.2 of the
<br />Agreement, entitled "Insurance," to include the following:
<br />VSS shall, at its sole cost and expense, during the period of any work being performed
<br />under this Agreement, procure and maintain the following minimum insurance coverage
<br />to protect the City and VSS against all loss, claims, damages, and liabilities caused by VSS,
<br />its agents or employees, as indicated below:
<br />A. Commercial General Liability. VSS agrees to maintain Commercial General
<br />Liability at a limit of liability not less than $1,000,000 for each Occurrence,
<br />$2,000,000 Aggregate. VSS agrees its coverage shall not contain any restrictive
<br />endorsement(s) excluding or limiting Ongoing Operations, Product/Completed
<br />Operations, Independent Contractors, Broad Form Property Damage, X-C-U
<br />Coverage, Contractual Liability or Separation of Insureds. General Liability
<br />coverage must apply on a Primary and Non -Contributory basis.
<br />B. Additional Insured Endorsement. VSS agrees to endorse the City as an Additional
<br />Insured on the Commercial General Liability and Umbrella/Excess Liability with
<br />the following, or similar endorsement providing equal or broader Additional
<br />Insured coverage: CG 20 10 and CG 20 37 07/04 or 04/13 edition, or its equivalent.
<br />Blanket endorsement with "as required by a written contract" language is
<br />acceptable. If blanket endorsement is not available, Scheduled Endorsement is
<br />required listing "City of Sunny Isles Beach."
<br />C. Business Automobile Liability. VSS agrees to maintain Business Automobile
<br />Liability covering vehicles owned by VSS and non -owned vehicles used by the
<br />VSS, at a minimum limit not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence providing
<br />coverage for bodily injury, death of any person, and property damage arising out of
