Section 1. Approval of First Amendment. The City Commission hereby approves a First <br />Amendment to the Agreement with Envirowaste to provide the Services, in an amount not to <br />exceed Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($250,000.00), bringing the total <br />agreement to an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars and No Cents <br />($350,000.00), attached hereto as Exhibit "A". <br />Section 2. Authorization of Mayor. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said <br />Agreement. <br />Section 3. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br />Section 4. Effective Date.
