Summary Minutes:Regular City Commission Meeting March 19.2015 City of Sunny Isles Beach.Florida <br /> 7C. An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, Amending <br /> Section 267-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Relating to <br /> Fees for Site Plan Modifications; Providing for Severability; Providing for Repealer; <br /> Providing for Inclusion in the Code; Providing for an Effective Date. <br /> Action: City Clerk Hines read the title, and City Attorney Ottinot reported that we did not <br /> have a fee for site plan modifications and so this is including a fee. <br /> Public Speakers: None <br /> Commissioner Levin asked if the fee is the same if it is a minor modification. City Attorney <br /> Ottinot said that there is less work for site plan modification and so the City Manager is <br /> giving a reduced fee. <br /> Commissioner Aelion moved and Vice Mayor Gatto seconded a motion to approve the <br /> proposed Ordinance on first reading. The motion was approved by a roll call vote of 5- <br /> 0 in favor. An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.Amending <br /> Ordinance No. 2014-436; Amending the City's Budget No. BA1415-02 for the 2014-2015 <br /> Fiscal Year—General Fund,Street Maintenance& Construction Fund,Building Fund, <br /> Capital Fund, 2011 Capital Projects Fund, 2010 Capital Projects Fund, Stormwater <br /> Fund and Stormwater Capital Fund; Authorizing the City Manager to Do All Things <br /> Necessary to Implement the Terms and Conditions of this Ordinance; and Providing for an <br /> Effective Date. <br /> (First Reading 02/19/15) <br /> Action: City Clerk Hines read the title, and Finance Director Audra Curts-Whann reported <br /> this carries forward all of the audited fund balances as well as some additional project needs. <br /> Public Speakers: None <br /> Commissioner Aelion moved and Commissioner Levin seconded a motion to approve the <br /> Ordinance on second reading.
