How should the activities of the City and the Sunny <br />Isles Beach Foundation be linked and /or coordinated? <br />• Are we using our capital facilities and natural assets in a way that maximizes our goals? <br />• What are City / National/ International issues, trends and models that fit our demographic and size? <br />• Key Statistics, Data Points, Key Maps or Graphs of Relevant Information; <br />• Master Plan Vision Statement & Program Elements with directed policies and actions for the roles and <br />responsibilities for arts and culture; <br />• Strategy to Implement Vision with a set of Key Goals Including Short, Mid, and Long -Term goals; <br />• List of potential initiatives for prioritization and implementation, including appropriate budget and <br />recommended revenue sources. How do we position ourselves to secure grants? How do find out what <br />grants are available?
